At Bethel Preschool, we celebrate Earth Day as a reminder that caring for our world is an everyday responsibility. As part of the developmental domain Discovery of the World, we guide our children to appreciate the beauty of the Earth that God has created for us and to understand the importance of caring for it.
Putting the 3Rs — Reduce, Reuse and Recycle — into practice, our children proudly shared the special instruments and pencil cases they created at home using recycled materials. It was a joyful moment of creativity, collaboration and learning, as they encouraged one another and discovered simple yet meaningful ways to care for our environment.
We are so proud of our young stewards for taking small steps to make a big difference.
